2.0.4 crashes on batch processing

I opened 3 images from LR, when attempting to crop the second image the program crashed
Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Open NEF file from Nikon Z8 - from File, Plug-in Extras
2. Crop image
3. Proceed to second image > crash

Thanks for reaching out. Does this happen consistently for you? Is it reproducible?

Next time it happens, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.

It happens most of the time, so that I have given up on trying to batch process.

I can see that the processing is failing with Remove Noise - Raw Normal.

Please visit this page, select your operating system (Windows) and click “Find Your System Profile”. Send me the system profile so I can check your system specs.
Topaz Photo AI System Requirements

We can try updating the graphics driver to see if that changes the behavior.

Let’s try changing the AI Processor and checking which one is not working.

Open the Topaz Photo AI > Preferences > General menu and go to AI Processor.

Test each of the options there with a batch and let me know which ones are crashing.
