I do not think this phrase (“lifetime upgrades”) really means what Topaz seems to think it means.

It’s not an one time payment, it means lifetime upgrade of this price every year. $127.00 renewal - October 1, 2025
That’s a lifetime price for upgrades, not lifetime upgrades.
I remember the “lifetime free upgrades and updates” for Gigapixel back then. In my case it lasted for three months only.
