1.3.10 Image preview overexposed with TIFF files

After the last update (1.3.10) the image preview very overexposed. Any way to fix it?

Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]

Hi @hudson.garcia, this may have been resolved in version 1.3.11 – please download this update and let us know if you are still experiencing this behavior.

Hi Preston, I just install the update 1.3.11 and the problem still happens to me. I’m working with Tiff files…

Problem still happens for Tiff files…
I hope it get fix soon.

It seems like this is an issue with the monitor color space.

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Email me all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
Log Folder

Then go to your Edit > Preferences > General menu and toggle “Enable sRGB Preview Fallback”. This should fix the exposure.

Ok, Attached are the requested files. If you need something just let me know ok?
